Most pet shops sell you forty versions of the same bowl. We'd rather carry a short list of things that solve an actual daily problem: the dog who inhales dinner, the undercoat that never stops, the hair welded to the sofa.
If it doesn't earn its place in a drawer, we don't stock it.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, to all 50 states, with no minimum spend. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once your parcel is on its way. If it's taking longer than 12 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, all 50 states. We don't ship outside the US at the moment.
What if it doesn't suit my pet?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a refund. If something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll refund or replace it straight away.
